Step 1: From the M4, follow to the end and continue on to A48 at roundabout. Stay on the A48 at the next round about and approximately 3.5 miles later take the junction sign posted for the Botanical Gardens of Wales. At the end of the slip road turn left at the T-Junction. At the next roundabout take the second exit and then at the next the first. (This roundabout has the Botanical Gardens as it’s second exit). Follow this road until you get to a T-Junction having passed the Y Polyn restaurant. Turn right, then the first left towards Nantaredig. Follow this road to the T-Junction and turn left towards Carmarthen.
Step 2: Follow the road in to the national speed limit until you see a petrol station and 4x4 garage on you left. Take the next right in to Whitemill. Take the second right, just beyond the Whitemill Inn pub. Follow this road up the hill and when it bends to the left at the top of the hill you’ll see a small chapel. Turn left underneath the chapel so it is then on your right. Follow this road. It will take a sharp right just after Pant Gwyn Farm and then a sharp left. Immediately after this take the right. You’ll see a sign on the gate to your right just after turning signed ‘Hidden Valley’. Stay on the road and you’ll head up the hill and then down. Stay on the road and you will see us on your right. Our cottage is white with a stone wall below it. Parking is just beyond on the left. We have signage on the entrance showing ‘Felinwen Holidays’.
From other directions, once in Whitemill, please follow the directions above in step 2, noting that if you are heading in to Whitemill from Carmarthen you will need to take the first left just before the Whitemill Inn.
