We are on Bakers Lane, Lower Peover, five miles from junction 18 of the M6. The postcode WA16 9GF. There are clear signs on the lane indicating the entrance to the campsite.
Greenfields Campsite is located on a Cheshire farm close to the little town of Knutsford.
The Herdwick Hut sleeps up to 4 people in a comfortable double bunk bed and has its own, self-contained modern bathroom with shower and, sink and toilet facilities. The hut also has a fully fitted kitchen and the wood-burning stove allows a stay overlooking our fields in all year round comfort.
The campsite is open during the summer months and provides guests the facility of two cute showers situated in a converted horse trailer and three toilets and hot water sinks. There is also a covered wash up area for assisting with al fresco dining.
Each pitch has its own designated campfire area and log seating. Guests are treated to complimentary marshmallows on arrival. Packs of firewood are available to purchase on the site every evening.
We welcome well behaved dogs to stay on our site and provide a welcome pack for your canine friend too!
Find us on Pitch Up to book.

Ben Slaymaker 21/07/2024 5/5 Gem of a campsite just outside Knutsford. Hosts are great and very relaxed. Washroom Facilities are lovely - horse boxes fitted out nicely with hot water showers (good pressure too) Kids loved it and we’ll be back regularly for sure. There’s a bit of background traffic hum from the M6 but it’s only an issue if you’re looking for total serenity as it becomes white noise and not very noticeable after a bit. Great pub walking distance down the road (The Crown) Not tried the static camping but they look lovely if any of the group want a bit more luxury.
