Directions to Ballidon Moor Farm from the North via M1
Leave M1 at junction 28, take the A38 to Ripley then A610 to Ambergate, and the A6 to Cromford. Turn left off A6 then right onto A5012 to Grangemill, then follow the B5056 towards Ashbourne. After passing straight through Longcliffe crossroads and under the bridge, Ballidon Moor Farm is the next farm on the right hand side approx. 3/4 of a mile down the hill.
Directions to Ballidon Moor Farm from South via M1
Leave M1 at junction 24. Follow A50 towards Uttoxeter / Alton Towers. At Sudbury, leave A50 and take A515 to Ashbourne. Keep on this road though Ashbourne heading towards Buxton. After several miles turn right onto the B5056 towards Bakewell, Ballidon Moor Farm is on this road on the left hand side 5 miles from this junction. If you reach Longcliffe crossroads you have gone too far.
Directions to Ballidon Moor Farm from M6
Leave M6 at junction 15, follow signs for A50 towards Derby. At Sudbury, leave A50 and take A515 to Ashbourne. Keep on this road though Ashbourne heading towards Buxton. After several miles turn right onto the B5056 towards Bakewell, Ballidon Moor Farm is on this road on the left hand side 5 miles from this junction. If you reach Longcliffe crossroads you have gone too far.

Ballidon Moor Farm dates back to the 18th century and is set in a fantasic location, with unlimited south facing views of the rolling hills of the Peak District. We are central for most of the Peak District attractions. Ashbourne, Matlock, Buxton, Bakewell are within a 10 mile radius.On site toilets and showers, our small caravan and camping site is set in one acre of land so there is plenty of room for everyone. Tents, Caravans,Motorhomes,trailer tents are all welcome. New additions to Ballidon moor farm 5 Alpaca’s Ava, Willow, Daisey, Dusty and Cilla. Some new friends for Henry Horse and Barbara the Sheep. Well behaved dogs are welcome, must be kept on lead at all times as we have animals next to the site.
