Wood fired hot water for showers from waste wood and wood from our five acres of forest on site.

Solar powered stainless steel lamposts to provide light for shower and toilet area (manufactured by myself patent pending).

A 1.5 acre lake with some very large carp, the largest so far being an 20lb 8oz mirror carp. Also tench, roach, rud, common carp, barbel, etc. and plenty of small fish for the children to catch (rod hire available £10 per day includes first set up plus bait/plus demonstration if you haven’t fished before)
