Bell Tents & Campsites - https://goo.gl/maps/RNs2fLuJ7JJJjDPb9
We have three shepherds huts for adults in one field and now we have 3 bell tents and seven grass pitches too.
SHEPHERDS HUTS are classically designed, the space is open plan with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
We are off grid and slightly wild here, we love it like that and hope you will too. As mentioned before electricity is solar panel powered and used solely for essentials (no hairdryers), there's no wifi, heating is from the wood burner but hot showers are gas powered so there's always hot water. Each hut has its own composting loo. Making your own fire and cooking outside is encouraged the kitchenette indoors has a gas hob and small fridge. This space is gorgeous all year round - don't forget your wellies in winter though!
CAMPING / GLAMPING - a simple off-grid set-up for those wanting to retreat from a busy schedule including 3 bell tents and 7 grass camping pitches. This secluded spot is open from April to October, please read and agree to our guidelines before booking. If you would like to book the whole site for a private gathering then take a look at the exclusive camping page and get in touch to book.
Bell Tents - sleeps up to 4 people, ideal for a couple, friends or family. Real comfortable beds with fresh linen and towels and a wood burning stove to keep cosy in the evenings. There's plenty of space for each tent, outdoor seating and firepit with simple fire-cooking equipment.
Grass camping pitches - accommodate up to 5 people (2 adults and up to 3 children) in one large tent (awnings and small ancillary tents not included).we only have seven pitches so plenty of space for each tent. Each pitch has a stone fire circle for the essential campfire.
Facilities for both grass pitches and bell tents include hot showers, loos and washing up hut. We are off-grid here, a few solar lights lead the way but this is a chance to disconnect from the buzz of life. Please note its a 30 minute walk or short drive to the shepherds hut & hot tub field.
Things to do
Local village pub is 20 minute walk from the huts. Amazing scenery for walking, guests can take the farm trail and meet the cows and our hens. We put on pop up dinners from time to time so do check if we have anything on when you book. Bibury village is up the road home to Arlington Row - William Morris' favourite Cotswolds spot. Horse riding stables at the next farm for those wanting to ride. Cycling popular in the area too.
