It seems the owners either like you or don't, if they don't your in for a rough ride. We planned to stay 4 nights, in the end we choose to leave after 3 and moved to another site. Objectively: Plus: Pool & Tennis Court, Cracking views, Plenty of countryside quite, Large toilet facilities, They did (reluctantly) refund one night, when we left early, Bad: Sloping site many areas steeply slopping, difficult for larger units. Pool has to be flushed once a day this runs across the only “level” pitch on site. Swimming pool only opens at 1300 each day - no early morning swim, 10p Charge for timed showers, Waste water disposal 6” pipe on level ground no proper cap, Waste disposal has no cofferdam to stop effluent running across yard into field, Only one Footpath near by in adjacent field, Pubs/ shops / other facilities not accessible by foot,, Site has little concern for distance minimal between units, during our stay new arrivals parked less than 3m away from us, some units where less than 2m apart,
