Continue on down Birchington high street stay on the road turn left after the shops in Minnis Bay onto Dane road we are sign posted at the end
Tucked away inbetween Minnis Bay and Reculver our site is on a an idilic part of the South Coast. We are around 1.5 hours from London and is easily accessible from the local Thanet towns. Our campsite is adjacent to our riding stables where we can offer riding lessons / hacks to all ages and abilities. The site has beautiful surroundings with access to the beach and miles and miles of marsh land very popular with bird watchers The beach is a stones throw away and can be accessed by foot or bike making it a quiet and secluded blue flag beach. This area is renowned for it’s stunning sunsets and was chosen by J.M.W Turner to paint many of his famous sunset works. The surrounding marshland is perfect for walks and rambles. There is a seawall that passes Plum Pudding that runs from Minnis Bay (1.5 miles) to Reculver (3.5 miles) this flat tarmac surface makes for great cycling or walking conditions. Minnis bay is a 15 minute walk away and has a couple of restaurants and cafes. Birchington is a 5 minute drive away has small local shops, supermarkets, pubs and cafes.
Visit Kent all year round and stay in one of our glamping log pods, they are self catering and sleep up to 4 people with TV,kettle, toaster and underfloor heating

Leigh Phillips 23/07/2016 1/5 AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Arrived on site to be told to set up anywhere.
Half way through setting up, the owner turned up and told us to move.
We abliged.
We were then told that it was not the £10.00 per night as advertised but was £12.00...
Later returning, was told that it was also £4.00 per night for electric hook-up!
Reminded me of the robbing bast@&d from Carry on Camping!
These is only one toilet for the whole site and only one shower too, costing £1.00 per use!
This is not a site that follows the freedom camping ethos. just want lots and lots of your money for a very ropey site.
We left., never to return!
Don't waste your money here.cmove on!
