General :
The site is very rural and spacious and is bordered by trees so offers a large degree of privacy from the outside. The site is surrounded by fields, extending to views of the Lincolnshire Wold towards the north. Directly outside is the Hobhole Drain which is free to fish.
Birdwatchers have Freiston Shore, Frampton and Gibraltar Point within an easy drive.
Dog owners are welcomed (provided dogs are kept on a lead. Local Lanes offer ideal dog walking.
