Here at Standen Lodge Farm you can enjoy the best of country side peace and quite with a mix of traditional seaside holiday attractions.
We are situated in a rural farming landscape with plenty of wildlife and farming activity but just 1 mile away you can visit the local seaside
town of Mablethorpe and enjoy the excitement of seaside amusements, get traditional seaside rock and feast on fresh fish and chips.
Mablethorpe boasts a top grade beach with traditional activities like donkey rides, Beach train and many other weekend events such a motor racing etc.
If you are looking for a more sedate setting, to the north of Mablethorpe you will see miles upon miles of flat sandy beach reaching all the way up to Donna
nook which is a special nature reserve and if you visit late autumn you can see the seals coming ashore in there thousands to mate and give birth to young pups.
We have regular visits from all sorts of wildlife especially birds. Its not uncommon to see families of foxes crossing the fields.
We have regular sighting of barn owls ( even in the day ) kestrels, buzzards, swifts, lots of wood pigeons, wagtails, pheasants, partridges and many other which I just don't know the names of.
We also have free range ducks and chickens, and a friendly farm dog called Stella. Free range chicken eggs can be bought from us every morning.
Things to do

Lorraine Clay 19/06/2021 5/5 First time that we have been camping in 13yrs we usually go abroad but we have just spent 6 nights at this great location. A very warm welcome & the pitch was the largest we have been on plenty of space & privacy. The facilities were kept very clean & the shower was lovely. The only thing was the jets flying over head through out the night one evening boy was they loud but this is out of the owners control.
We WILL be making another visit to this lovely peaceful site great for re charging our batteries. Thank you xx Paul Newtom 08/06/2021 5/5 Great site
Beautiful location, small drive or 30 mins walk to the beach.
Showers were great and site was well organised and had a minor issue running out of phone battery for navigation due to a dodgy cable so brought a power bank and the site owners were more than happy to take it in and charge it for.me multiple times.
Thanks a lot
Will be visiting again

Hazel Conway 11/06/2018 5/5 It has been a few years since last time I went camping. I joined my daughter and two grandsons, ages 6 and7 to spend a couple of nights from Wednesday 30 the May. WOW! Did I enjoy those two nights and the days.We weren't crushed together with other tents. The showers and toilets were lovely and clean and the owners could not do enough to help us. Here was a small shop on site for your basics. It's a long time since I heard the sound of children happily and safely playing in the small park or making friends and creating teams to play football, Their fascination at seeing the wildlife and trying to recognise the song of which birds. I met some very nice people during our stay and reminders how strangers would meet and have a nice chat and leaving the worries of the world behind. I can recommend this small but wonderful site and hope my daughter will invite me again to get away from it all. 10 out of 10. Of particular note:
- Not too large so never feels crowded.
- Large area for children to play in which is well separated from the rest of the campsite. The climbing frame is small but it's nice and there is a sandpit, too. Was really good for our two (five and two YOs)
- Small shop for essentials
- Toilets were very clean and there was a free shower
- The owners were really, really helpful. Our airbed sprung a leak and they offered us spare camp beds until we could get it sorted
- Less than 10-minute drive to Mablethorpe beach
