For satnav use DN36 5SH. From the A16 Louth/Grimsby Rd. take the turning to FULSTOW, along Station Rd - also follow the brown railway tourist signs. Drive 1 mile to the level crossing. THE OLD STATION YARD is on the right, immediately before the crossing. Drive in through the large white gate, past the railway cabin accommodations to the far end, and the campsite is on the left.
We are a small, compact and bijou, 5 bay hard standing 'AIRE STYLE' site, in a quiet countryside location. We accept both Motorhomes and tourers, and also have 2 holiday cabins for rental. (Due to space restrictions, awnings can be used with prior request only)PLEASE USE DN36 5SH for sat nav!!!
We sit alongside the LWR Steam Railway Station, that runs on occasional days and for special events only.
We have one loo, shower, potwash, and a lovely campers' patio area. Water, loo disposal and rubbish disposal are also provided.
Pitches are £15 per night with hook-up, and the cabin rental price ranges from £50 for a single night to £95 for 2 nights to £40 per night for 5 nights plus.
The site sits between the traditional seaside town of Cleethorpes and the pretty market town of Louth, (voted Britain’s favourite small market town, BBC survey 2012.)
There is a pub serving good food and ale a level mile each way (discounted for our guests), a spar shop in the next village, farm shops and more lovely pubs and restaurants a short drive or cycle away.
Donna Nook seal sanctuary, WW2 airbases, canal walks and cycle paths, windmills, beaches and museums pepper the area, and with a steam railway on the doorstep, there is something of interest and fun for everyone.
