From Boston
Use A52 and then left on to B1195 through wainfleet out the other side, just outside village on right is a white house with a right turn. Take that turn follow road until you come to a small bridge over the dyke, stay to the left follow the road around the sharp bend and Rosedale is the first bungalow.
