Come join us at Dowry farm.It is a picturesque rural campsite located in the beautiful Leicestershire and Rutland borders. It is a real oppourtunity to go "off grid".
Dowry Farm is set within an expance of countyside with a wide network of footpaths and country lanes. It is very popular with the walking and cycling communities alike. We are just a short ride form the Ventoux Cycling Cafe who run "Led rides" on Saturday mornings, catering for all ability levels.
We are just a short drive from Rutland Water with its renowned bird watching, water sports, cycling and rambling.
If you don't fancy going completely back to basics the local market town of Oakham has weekly markets and lots of independent shops and resturants.There are also many local sites of historcal intrest like Burghley House and Belvoir Castle for days out.
