Daisy’s Farm is a 3 acre small holding on the Oxfordshire/ Wiltshire border and on the edge of the Cotswolds. We grow summer fruits and vegetables and have a small flock of geese. We have a large area of flat field to offer as a camping site with hot shower and flushing toilet.
Our site is suitable for families and social groups with plenty of space for all types of tents and vans
Fire pits and BBq's are available to hire.
We are just a couple of miles from The Ridgeway, an ancient track, which is wonderful for walking and cycling, connecting a number of ancient historical sites, including the Uffington White Horse and Castle (4.5 miles) and Wayland Smithy (3.3 miles).
Despite our proximity to the A420, A419 and M4 we are set very much within a quiet, peaceful rural farming area, with single lane roads connecting a myriad of picture postcard villages and hamlets, with lots of thatched houses and wonderful buildings to enjoy.
Local amenities are available in Shrivenham, the largest local village (about 2.5 miles) which has two mini supermarkets, Hinton Marsh Farm Shop and Cafe, a Post office and a chemist, as well as several pubs. In Bishopston (3 miles) The Royal Oak is also very popular.
There are regular bus services from Shrivenham to either Oxford or Swindon and by car you can explore the Cotswolds to the North and West, Wiltshire to the South and Oxfordshire to the East.
